The 1998 Data Protection Act defines your rights as an individual in relation to the information held about you and how it may be used.

This statement describes how we may use the information which we collect on our website.

  • deal with your queries and take on board your valuable comments
  • improve our marketing

The internet is not a secure medium.  However, we have put in place various security measures and we use reasonable procedures to check for the most commonly known viruses before sending information electronically.  The RMBF will not have liability to you in respect of any error or omission arising from, or in connection with, the electronic communication of information to you.

By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in the manner set out above.  If we change or modify our privacy policy we shall post these changes on this page.
