It is a psychometric instrument based on a questionnaire of 130 questions, to which the answers provide a profile of the skills and aspirations of the individual in their career development. It lists the career choices that provide a reasonable match to their profile and those that have a poor match. It is a guide and stimulus to further investigation into potentially suitable career choices.
